Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Redwoods Nightlife
Morning: Arrive in Rotorua and check into your single room accommodation. Take some time to relax and refresh after your journey.
Evening: Head to the Redwoods Treewalk for an enchanting night-time experience. Enjoy the stunning light installations and serene forest atmosphere. Wear your walking shoes.
Dinner at one of the local hot sports.
Day 2: Māori Village Experience
Morning/Afternoon: Explore the beautiful city of Rotorua at your leisure.
Evening: Participate in an authentic Māori Village Experience. Learn about Māori culture, history, and traditions through engaging performances and activities. Enjoy a traditional Hāngi dinner, cooked underground using heated rocks, accompanied by a captivating cultural performance.
Lunch at one of the local hot spots.
Day 3: Zip Line Adventure
Morning: Get your adrenaline pumping with a thrilling Zip Line Adventure through Rotorua's lush forests. Feel the rush as you glide through the treetops.
Afternoon: After your exhilarating morning, unwind with a soak in the geothermal hot pools at Lake Rotoiti.

Day4: Hobbiton Tour to Auckland
Full Day: Embark on a guided tour to the Hobbiton Movie Set, a must-visit for any fan of "The Lord of the Rings" and "The Hobbit" trilogies. Explore the picturesque landscape of the Shire and enjoy lunch at one of the set restaurants.
Evening: Arrive in Auckland and enjoy a relaxed solo evening exploring the city's vibrant nightlife or catching a live performance.

Day 5: Weta Workshop & Sky Tower
Morning: Explore Weta workshop and how they focus on making imaginary worlds a reality.
Evening: Head over to Sky Tower to enjoy the massive views and exhilarating activities high above the city.

Day 6: Explore the town
Morning/Evening: Enjoy the day at your own leisure or with the group via the local Explore Hop On Hop Off Bus.

No. There will be some Synnique Travels excursions in which kids are invited; however, this is not one of them.

New Zealand is in the Southern Hemisphere. January will be great temperatures with a possibility of rain.
Bring comfortable clothes and shoes, as we will be doing quite a bit of walking.
Closed toe shoes are mandatory in most of the activities and some restaurants.
